No more UK, City of London Sylhet is your dream home.
Welcome to the City of London housing project. It’s a UK-Bangladesh joint venture project. The City of London housing project is a fifth-generation independent modern satellite city in Sylhet. It is situated at Hawsha, just beside the Sylhet-Sunamganj National Highway, at Balaura Mouza of Sadar Upazila in Sylhet District. It is only an 8-minute drive from Shahjalal University of Science & Technology (SUST) and only 1.5 km distance from the west-end periphery of Sylhet City Corporation (SCC).
Considering next century’s urbanization challenges, we are planning to develop and implement the City of London housing project, incorporating modern concepts of urbanization and including all necessary facilities. We are preparing a Traffic Circulation Plan (TCP) for our project by considering the next 100 years to ensure hassle-free and safe vehicle movement.
For a better livelihood, we will construct schools, colleges, universities, madrasas, mosques, pagodas, temples, playgrounds, shopping malls, stadiums, swimming pools, pedestrian walkways, footpaths, gyms, wet markets, parks, water bodies, lakes, and greenery to reduce pollution.
The City of London housing project will become an extraordinary, beautiful, and delightful planned independent satellite city, setting a new standard for modern township living. The City of London housing area will showcase its unique identity as an icon on the map of Bangladesh’s Sylhet.
This project will ensure valuable investments that will never be obstructed by other business activities, Insha’Allah.
